Namaste and warm greetings,
On behalf of the Hong Kong Integrated Nepalese Society Limited (HINS), I am honored to welcome you to our official webpage. This platform has been created to share our journey, achievements, and continued commitment to serving the Nepalese community in Hong Kong.
Since our establishment in 2004 under the Social Ordinance, HINS has grown steadily in its mission. In 2008, we were granted tax-exempt status by the Inland Revenue Department, and in 2012, we were formally registered as a charitable organization. These milestones reflect our dedication to community service and accountability.
In 2006, we launched the Nepalese Community Services Team (NCST – Nepali Team), funded by the Home Affairs Department. For ten years, until 2016, this project provided vital services to the Nepalese community, including employment-related training, integration with the wider Hong Kong society, and support in addressing everyday challenges.
Since 2011, HINS has actively collaborated with the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC), successfully implementing various projects and continuing to seek new opportunities. We have also worked closely with the Hong Kong Police in Yau Tsim Mong District to promote social awareness and community engagement. Our partnerships extend to organizations such as the Hong Kong Network Community (Links Centre), SARDA, the HKSAR Fire Department, Health in Action, United Christian Nethersole Community Health Service, the University of Hong Kong, Lady Maclehose Centre, and several Nepalese social organizations. At the request of the Consulate General of Nepal in Hong Kong, HINS has proudly represented our culture at the Asian Ethnic Cultural Performances, showcasing Nepalese traditions and handicrafts.
Our community stood united during the devastating earthquake in Nepal on 25 April 2015. HINS coordinated relief efforts in collaboration with NGOs, INGOs, and community members. Together with 67 Nepalese organizations, we organized a historic Candle Light Vigil at Kowloon Park Piazza, attended by thousands. This was the first event of its kind, bringing such a large number of organizations together under the HINS banner.
Today, HINS continues to grow as a registered charitable organization. Our Board of Directors, comprised of respected entrepreneurs and social leaders, remains committed to advancing the welfare of the Nepalese community. We believe that with collective effort, we can achieve even greater milestones.

नमस्ते तथा हार्दिक अभिवादन,
हङकङ इन्टिग्रेटेड नेपाली सोसाइटी लिमिटेड (HINS) तर्फबाट म तपाईंलाई हाम्रो आधिकारिक वेबपृष्ठमा स्वागत गर्न पाउँदा गौरवान्वित छु। यो प्लेटफर्म हाम्रो यात्रा, उपलब्धि तथा हङकङमा नेपाली समुदायको सेवामा हाम्रो निरन्तर प्रतिबद्धता साझा गर्नका लागि तयार गरिएको हो।
सन् २००४ मा सामाजिक अध्यादेश अन्तर्गत स्थापना भएदेखि HINS निरन्तर आफ्नो लक्ष्यतर्फ अघि बढिरहेको छ। सन् २००८ मा हामीलाई इनल्यान्ड रेवेन्यु विभागद्वारा करमुक्त दर्जा प्रदान गरियो, र सन् २०१२ मा हामी आधिकारिक रूपमा दानशील संस्था (Charitable Organization) को रूपमा दर्ता भयौं। यी उपलब्धिहरूले हाम्रो सेवाप्रति समर्पण र उत्तरदायित्वलाई प्रतिबिम्बित गर्छन्।
सन् २००६ मा, हामीले नेपाली समुदाय सेवा टोली (NCST – Nepali Team) सुरु गर्यौं, जुन हङकङको होम अफेयर्स डिपार्टमेन्ट (HAD) द्वारा वित्तपोषित थियो। सन् २०१६ सम्मको दस वर्षको अवधिमा, यस परियोजनाले नेपाली समुदायलाई रोजगारीसम्बन्धी तालिम, हङकङ समाजसँग एकीकरण, तथा दैनिक जीवनमा सामना गर्नुपर्ने समस्याहरू समाधान गर्न सहयोग पुर्यायो।
सन् २०११ देखि, HINS ले समान अवसर आयोग (EOC) सँग सक्रिय रूपमा सहकार्य गर्दै विभिन्न परियोजनाहरू सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न गरेको छ। हामीले याउ त्सिम मोंग जिल्लामा हङकङ प्रहरीसँग सामाजिक सचेतना अभिवृद्धि गर्ने गतिविधिहरूमा पनि सहकार्य गरेका छौं। हाम्रो साझेदारीहरू हङकङ नेटवर्क कम्युनिटी (Links Centre), SARDA, HKSAR Fire Department, Health in Action, United Christian Nethersole Community Health Service, हङकङ विश्वविद्यालय (HKU), Lady Maclehose Centre, तथा विभिन्न नेपाली सामाजिक संस्थाहरूसम्म फैलिएका छन्। नेपाल महावाणिज्य दूतावास, हङकङको अनुरोधमा, HINS ले Asian Ethnic Cultural Performances मा नेपाली संस्कृति प्रदर्शन तथा हस्तकला प्रदर्शनी गरेर गर्वका साथ नेपाली समुदायको प्रतिनिधित्व गरेको छ।
सन् २०१५ अप्रिल २५ मा नेपालमा आएको विनाशकारी भूकम्पपछि हाम्रो समुदाय एकताबद्ध भयो। HINS ले NGO, INGO तथा समुदायका सदस्यहरूसँग सहकार्य गर्दै राहत कार्यहरू सञ्चालन गर्यो। ६७ वटा नेपाली संस्थाहरूसँग मिलेर हामीले हजारौं मानिसहरूको उपस्थितिमा कोवलून पार्क पियाजामा ऐतिहासिक Candle Light Vigil आयोजना गर्यौं। यो पहिलो पटक थियो जब यति धेरै संस्थाहरू HINS को नेतृत्वमा एउटै ब्यानरअन्तर्गत एकत्रित भएका थिए।
आज HINS दानशील संस्थाको रूपमा निरन्तर प्रगतिशील छ। सम्मानित उद्यमी तथा सामाजिक नेताहरूले बनेको हाम्रो सञ्चालक समिति नेपाली समुदायको हितमा निरन्तर प्रतिबद्ध छ। हामी विश्वास गर्छौं कि सामूहिक प्रयासले अझ ठूलो उपलब्धि हासिल गर्न सकिन्छ।
म तपाईंको सहयोगका लागि हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछु। तपाईंको उदारता—चाहे दानमार्फत होस् वा सक्रिय सहभागितामार्फत—हाम्रो सेवाहरूलाई निरन्तरता दिन र विस्तार गर्न महत्वपूर्ण हुनेछ। HK$100 वा सोभन्दा बढीको योगदानलाई आधिकारिक रसिदसहित स्वीकार गरिनेछ।
